How to Book a Ceilidh

Booking the Eden Valley Ceilidh Band is simple!

  1. Send us a message via the contact form with details of what type of event you have in mind and what your preferred date is.  Or Contact us on 017683 53105
  2. We will check if the date is free and give an indication of costs.
  3. If you wish to proceed further simply let us know as quickly as possible and we will check the availability of musicians.
  4. Once we have completed this stage we will confirm as quickly as possible whether or not we can provide a band for your event and if so what the cost will be.
  5. It’s then up to you to confirm the booking or let us know if you do not wish to proceed.
  6. We will then send you a booking form to complete and return for our records
  7. We do not require a deposit. When making the booking we request payment in full by BACS 7 days before the event.

Helpful information when planning an event

  • A full evening Ceilidh usually runs from 7.30pm to 11.00pm with a refreshment break in the middle.
  • For special events such as weddings we will work with you to fit into your arrangements seamlessly. If you would like anything special please ask. We’re all capable and experienced musicians and really wish to make your celebration the most successful possible.
  • If you have not seen us in action, try coming to one of our public ceilidhs. You’ll then be familiar with some of our dances before the event.
